The collection and sharing of this information is at times an essential part of a real estate transaction. Our policies and practices adhere to the "Ten Principles of Privacy" which comply with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and corresponding provincial privacy acts.
We understand and respect that consumers value their privacy. As Real Estate Sales Representatives we recognize the rights of our Buyers and Sellers and to protect their privacy, we will also protect all personal information. We will not distribute or forward any of your personal information to anyone outside of the parties involved in the real estate transaction without your explicit permission.
